How Cognivox AI LLC handles the information you share through cognivox.ai.
Who we are
This website is operated by Cognivox AI LLC (“Cognivox”, “we”). You can reach us about privacy through the contact form.
What we collect
- Consultation requests: the name, work email, company, optional phone number, area of interest, approximate scale and message you submit, and your confirmation that you read this notice.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and filters form submissions for spam.
This site has no accounts, sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and uses no third-party trackers. Your browser may store one interface preference (whether you paused the homepage animation) locally on your device.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you engage us, to discuss and deliver the services you asked about.
- To keep the site and form secure and free of spam.
We do not sell personal information and do not send marketing email without your separate consent.
Who receives it
Cognivox personnel who need it to respond to you. The site and its contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes submissions on our behalf; submissions are screened for spam by Netlify's filtering service. Notification emails are delivered to our team through our email provider.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Submissions identified as spam are deleted within 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, through the contact details above. Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California privacy law — you may have additional rights, including complaining to a supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect to what we need to answer you.
Version 2026-11-06. We will update this notice if our practices change.
